To start a return:
Your order number is the reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase together with the sales invoice.
Products that are not sent with the invoice will never be returned.
Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns on: Before They Go items, custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 15 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
